1/4 cup butter 1 1/2 cups milk 3/4 cup flour 1/3 cup sugar 3 eggs 1/4 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 400º. Put milk, flour, sugar, eggs and salt into a blender. Mix until smooth. Put butter in glass 9x13 baking dish. Bake 5 minutes or until butter melts and bubbles. Adjust heat to 425º. Pour blender mixture into 9x13 baking dish in the butter and return to the oven. Bake 12-15 minutes or until center is puffed and edges are browned.
