2 pounds beef stew 1 inch pieces
3 onions 1 inch pieces
6 carrots 1 inch pieces
Potatoes- as many as you like 1 inch pieces
1-cup celery 1 inch pieces
1-cup stewed tomatoes
1-slice white bread- inch pieces

1 T. sugar
1 T. salt
3 T. tapioca

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Place in covered casserole. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours.
You do not need to brown meat. You do not need to stir. You do need to keep it covered.
