2 medium size apples
4 T. lemon juice
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cups halved and seeded red or green grapes
1 cups celery
cup finely chopped onion (green preferred)
1 tsp. accent
1 tsp. salt
cup broken walnuts
cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Pour, core, and dice apples. Soak in lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients. Chill one hour. Serve in bowl lined with lettuce.
