1 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
tsp dry mustard
Dash of cayenne pepper
1 egg or 2 egg yolks slightly beaten
cup milk scalded
cup vinegar
4 cups finely shredded cabbage
cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and add to slightly beaten egg. Add milk and vinegar and cook on top of double boiler over hot not boiling water, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Pour at once over cabbage and mix well. Chill and just before serving fold in sour cream.
