6 slices bread - buttered and cubed
1 1/2 cups grated cheese - cheddar
1 c. slivered baked or boiled ham
2 eggs beaten
1 c. milk
1/3 cup sherry
1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper
1 pkg asparagus spears

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1 pkgs asparagus spears, arrange bread, ham & asparagus, end with bread. Mix eggs, milk, sherry, etc - pour over - Bake 1 hour @ 325
