Rhubarb Bread Recipe

1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. oil
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. fresh rhubarb, cut up fine
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat sugar, oil. eggs, and buttermilk. Add remaining ingredients; mix well and place in 2 loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. The last 1/2 hour, sprinkle top with 1/2 c. brown sugar and 2 T. margarine.
