3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 large eggs, stirred well
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tbsp vanilla flavoring
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into dish (I use meat loaf dish).
Sprinkle nutmeg over top of dish. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 10 more minutes. Before baking: Put casserole dish in pan of water while cooking.
NOTE:
This dish can have a little cooked rice mixed in with other ingredients, or it can have a little cocoa mixed in with other ingredients before cooking.
