1 cup flour
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 small eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, then add milk, and all dry ingredients. Heat griddle on top of stove with oleo spread lightly. Cook on medium heat and flip pancakes as you can tell the bottom has browned, lightly. Cook pancakes until slightly brown on other side, and place pats of oleo between pancakes as they are stacked.
