3 cans chunked chicken breast (12.5 oz.)
16 dozen flour or corn tortillas
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 - 4 oz can of green chilies
1 c. milk
1 pint sour cream
1 med. onion, diced (optional)
1 lb. grated Colby cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the water from the canned chicken and shred it with a fork. Combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, green chilies, milk, sour cream, and onions into a large bowl and mix it up.

Paste a little of the mixture on the bottom of your 13 x 9 casserole dish. Lay out 6 tortillas, and spread 1/3 the mixture on that. Repeat steps with tortillas and mixture until gone. Sprinkle with cheese. (Usually have 3 layers)

Bate at 350 for 45 minutes
