1 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips or chocolate bar
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 12 oz. pkg salted Spanish peanuts, finely chopped (can use dry roasted peanuts also)
20 large marshmallows
1 can cherry frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and peanut butter together. Add nuts. Pour 1/2 of this mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and refrigerate. Melt marshmallows in microwave for 45 to 60 seconds and blend with cherry frosting. Pour all of this mixture over the chocolate mixture and return to the refrigerator. Reheat remaining chocolate mixture. Spread over marshmallow mixture. Refrigerate until well set: cut into bite size pieces (best if kept refrigerated).
