3 cups Bisquick
1 lb. hot sausage
(1) 10 oz. package Coon Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble up sausage and cook slowly in a slightly greased skillet, do not brown. Drain off excess grease. Grate cheese and mix cheese with sausage and Bisquick well. Roll into small balls, about the size of a large marble. Bake for 15 minutes or until done in a 350 oven.
