1 box yellow cake ( 8 or 9" round cake pan)
1 c. cold milk
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) Jello-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip Topping
1 square Baker's Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
1 T. butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 T. cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cake into 2 layers with serrated knife.
Beat 1 c. milk and pudding mix with whisk 2 mins.
Stir in whipped topping. Let stand 5 mins.
Stack cake layers on serving plate, spreading pudding mixture between layers.
Microwave chocolate and butter on high for 1 min. Stir until chocolate is melted. Add sugar and 2 T. milk; mix well. Spread over cake. Refrigerate 1 hour. Refrigerate leftovers.
