1 whole chicken or use chicken breasts
1 large diced onion
2 cans Rotel tomatoes with green chile, don't drain
2-3 tsp. margarine
1 14-oz can diced tomatoes
1-2 bell peppers, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz velvetta cheese
2 cloves choppen garlic
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 c. chopped green chile or to taste
1 lb spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and bone, save the broth. Cut into bite sized pieces. Cook spaghetti in broth. Saute onions and bell pepper in the margarine, add chicken and other ingredients blend well. Spray 2 9x13" pans with cooking spray. Pour into pans and cook either in 350 oven or microwave to heat throughout.
