Ingredients:  
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 slices Swiss cheese
2 cans cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 c. dry sherry or sweet vermouth
1 c. herb flavored croutons
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in greased, 2 quart dish. Cover chicken with cheese slices. Mix soup and sherry or vermouth and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with croutons and dab with butter. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes.
