1 small pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 pint heavy cream
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1 cup Parmesan cheese
salt to taste
pepper to taste
8 oz fettuccine

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add cream cheese, cream and garlic salt; bring to a boil whisking constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring every few minutes, to desired thickness. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over fettuccine prepared according to package directions.

Top with your choice of stir fried chicken, shrimp or steak and broccoli. For a real treat add some Gorgonzola.
