2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1-11oz can vacuum packed Mexican style corn
2/3 C milk
2 eggs
2 T. butter melted
1 C grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and stir first five ingredients until blended. Add cheese. Scrape into lightly sprayed 8x8 baking pan or 9 inch round pan. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
