8 oz. whole Baby Bella or white mushrooms
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. minced dried onions
2 tsp. Bac-Os
2 tsp. Kraft Parmesan cheese
freshly shredded Parmesan cheese, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms and save for another use. Arrange caps on a metal sheet. Mix ingredients and spoon onto mushrooms, filling the entire cap. Add freshly shredded Parmesan to top of filled cap. Place under broiler and cook until brown. Serve.

Use Bac-Os instead of bacon. Bacon will make this dish greasy. Measurements are approximate and may be adjusted to taste. Mushrooms may be given an Italian flavor by adding oregano or French flavor by adding tarragon.
