3-4 chicken breasts cooked & shredded (reserve broth)
1 medium onion chopped
4 T. oil
3 T. paprika
2 C chicken broth
1 pint sour cream
Dumplings:
4 eggs well beaten
salt to taste
flour enough to form soft dough

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in oil, add cooked chicken & cook together for 10 minutes. Add seasonings & chicken broth. Simmer slowly for 30 minutes. Prepare dumplings below while simmering. Mix eggs, salt and flour to form a soft dough. Put dough on tablespoon & cut off small chunks with knife into salted boiling water. Cook 6-8 minutes. Drain all water from dumplings and set aside. After chicken mixture has simmered for 30 minutes add sour cream slowly stirring all the time. Add cooked dumplings, salt and pepper to taste and serve.
