2 fillets canned salmon, flaked
1 egg (beaten)
2 T. green onions (diced)
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Over medium heat, heat oil in a medium skillet. Combine canned salmon, beaten egg, green onions and 1/4 c. bread crumbs. Form into patties and dust with additional bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown, about 2 mins. on each side.
