1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
6 catfish fillets
1/2 stick butter, melted
Paprika and black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika, mixing well. Combine egg and milk and stir well. Dip fillets in egg mixture, then dredge in flour mixture. Arrange fillets in a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish and drizzle with butter. Top with a light coating of paprika and pepper. Bake in 350 oven for 40 minutes or until fish flakes.
