1 chuck roast
salt or meat tenderizer
pepper
garlic powder
butter
1 can of Campbells beef gravy
1 can of beef broth
2 tbls of coffee (if you drink coffee) not the grounds
2 tbls of Kitchen Bouquet Browning & Seasoning Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Season roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Melt butter in a skillet and place roast in skillet. Brown on both sides. Add water, broth, gravy, Kitchen Bouquet, coffee.Place lid on top and turn fire down to medium heat and let cook for 4 to 5 hours on top of stove. Be sure you keep water in it. When done you can add your potatoes to it.
