Back Strap off Deer steak seasoning bacon jalapeņo peppers zesty Italian dressing & marinade
Cut back strap about 1in to 1 1/2in wide. Season meat put one slice of bacon on bottom than add meat and then jalapeņo pepper on top of meat and roll it all up together and stick a tooth pick through it to hold together. Put them in a sealed bowl and add the Italian dressing and marinate over night and stick on the grill the next day.
