1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs
Grated rind of 1 lemon
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, powdered sugar, flour and salt. Press into 9" x 13" pan and bake 20 minutes at 350. Beat eggs, grated lemon rind, sugar, baking powder and lemon juice. Pour over baked first layer. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes. Top should be consistency of pie filling. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
