3/4 cup corn meal
1/4 cup flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup plus 2 T. of milk
1 egg
1/4 cup oil (I use less)
2 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together corn meal, flour, baking powder and sugar. Combine milk with well-beaten egg and oil. Combine two mixtures stirring quickly. Pour into greased muffin pan. Bake 20 minutes at 425.
