Corn Starch Water Sugar Strawberries Baked Pie Shell
Make a paste with 1/3 c. corn starch and water to make 1 3/4 c. liquid. Add 1 c. sugar and cook until clear, then 15 minutes more. Add 1 quart strawberries and 1 tbsp. lemon juice. Pour into baked pie shell.
