Boil water before making pasta.

COOK IN 6 CUPS OF BOILING WATER:
1 and 1/2 c. fettuccine

White Sauce
(in 2 or 3 quart saucepan)
MELT:
2 tbsp. margarine

ADD:
2 tbsp. flour
dash of pepper

ADD SLOWLY:
1 and 1/2 c. milk

COOK AND STIR WITH A WOODEN SPOON UNTIL THICKENED AND BUBBLY.

ADD:
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. ricotta cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

STIR IN FETTUCCINE, MIX WELL, AND COOK OVER LOW HEAT 3 MIN.
