1 lg head of cabbage- chopped salad size
1 lg chicken breast - lemon pepper marinated
2 pkg of Top Ramen, uncooked
2/3 c sugar
2/3 c apple cider vinegar
2/3 c oil - Lite works too
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Make dressing with sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Mix - both flavor packets from Top Ramen into approximately 2 tbsp. of warm water to dissolve- then put into dressing and mix together. In large bowl, pour dressing over cabbage and mix well. Then add chicken, sunflower seeds and/or sliced almonds (ranch flavored). Add crumbled dry Top Ramen noodles and mix well. Note - you can substitute 1 pkg Italian Dressing mix to cook chicken in instead of lemon pepper. Small amount (1/16 tsp) of soy sauce can be added to the dressing - OPTIONAL
