3 cans black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can Mexican or regular corn
1 c. salsa
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Corn chips
Cheddar cheese
Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and rinse the black and pinto beans. Drain the can of corn. Put in a large pot and fill with just enough water to cover the beans. Add salsa, bouillon cubes and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Add additional seasoning for taste.

Serve with corn chips, cheddar cheese and sour cream.
