1 lb. hamburger browned ½ c. chopped onion 1 pkg. taco seasoning 2 tomatoes diced 1 head shredded lettuce 4 oz. grated cheddar cheese 1 large pkg. taco flavored corn chips (Doritos) 1 8 oz. bottle Catalina dressing ¼ c. hot sauce (mild) to taste
Combine meat and onion. Simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle taco seasoning on top (with meat juice). Cool. Just before serving toss all ingredients together. Add chips (crushed/broken) just before serving.
