2 quarts cabbage, finely shredded
1 onion, minced
1 green pepper, small dice
1 red pepper, small dice
1 pint white vinegar
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp celery seed
1 Tbsp mustard seed
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cabbage, onion and peppers in a large bowl then put into a large jar. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, celery seed, mustard seed and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Pour over the cabbage mixture. Cool; then put the lid on the jar and refrigerate.
