2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp. baking powder

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs

2 c. grated carrots
1 c. pineapple-crushed
1 c.chopped walnuts
1 tsp.. vanilla

Sift dry ingredient together. In separate bowl cream oil, sugar, and eggs until smooth. Add dry ingredients slowly to cream mix. Add in carrots, pineapple, nuts and vanilla
Grease and flour 13x9 pan
Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until knife comes out clean from center
