2 lbs. frozen hash browns, southern style potatoes
1 stick margarine/split in 1/2
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 pint sour cream
1 tsp salt optional
2 cups crushed cornflakes.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with 1/2 stick margarine and put into 9 x 13" greased baking dish. Mix cornflakes with 1/2 cup melted margarine and spread on top of potatoe mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, covered.

Add black pepper to taste (optional). This recipe is very good with Cream of Chicken soup also. Works better if frozen potatoes are pre-thawed.
