8oz cream cheese
1/4 c mayo
2 c ground, cooked ham
1 tsp minced onion
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/2c chopped peanuts or pistachios

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and mayo until smooth. Stir in ham, parsley, onion, mustard, pepper sauce, Cover and chill for several hours. Form into ball and roll in nuts.

Serve with crackers
