3 and 1/2 C pumpkin (1 large can)
1-12oz can evaporated milk
1 C. dark brown sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 to 1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
1-1 and 1/2 C chopped pecans
1 C butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x12 pan with PAMę. In a large bowl blend pumpkin, milk, brown sugar, eggs, spices. Pour into pan and sprinkle cake mix over the top and top with pecans. Melt butter and drizzle over the nuts and mix a litter. Bake at 325║ for 45-50 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

You can cut the toppings in half if you want to save calories. This will keep for several days in the refrigerator and freezes rater well.
