1 green jalapeņo, minced
5 Pts cooked tomatoes, skinned
1 med onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup vinegar
1 pkg. salsa mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together as directed on salsa packet. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 mins. Sterilize jars and heat lids while salsa is cooking. Pour salsa into hot jars and seal.
