4 C white sugar 1/2 C brown sugar 2 C water 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. maple flavoring
In a med size saucepan mix sugar and water together. Cook at med heat and stir until sugar dissolves. (Do Not reuse that spoon) Cook with lid on for about 5 minutes. Remove lid and boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add flavoring. Can be stored in fridge for about 2 weeks.
