1/2 c chopped onion (use fresh onion)
1/2 c chopped green pepper
15 oz. tomato sauce
1 to 2 tbsp chili Powder (the more you add the spicier)
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
8 oz of cream cheese
2 c cooked and cubed chicken
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 c milk
1/2 c chopped onions (use fresh onion)
corn tortillas
cheese (I like to use a blend of cheeses)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat tortillas so they will roll easier. Mix together onion, green pepper, tomato sauce, chili powder, sugar, salt, and pepper, for sauce. Set aside. Mix together cream cheese, chicken, salt, milk, chopped onions for the filling. Add a scoop of filling to tortilla and a little cheese. Roll tortilla. Place in the bottom of a baking dish. Cover tortillas with the sauce and top with cheese. Cook at 350 with a cover (so cheese won't burn) for 20 minutes. Remove cover and cook for 5 to 10 more minutes.
