1 1/2 cups of rice,
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts,
2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables,
1 26oz can of cream of chicken
2 cups of water,
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken breasts with the salt, pepper and garlic powder. In a large bowl combine the rice, cream of chicken, veggies and water and mix well. Pour mixture in a 13x9 greased dish and the place the seasoned chicken breasts on top of the mixture. Cover with foil and place in the oven at 350 for approx 80-90mins.
