1 lb. butter (use only real butter)
1 c water
2 1/2 c sugar
4 tbsp. corn syrup
walnuts
chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, water, butter and corn syrup in a med. size pan. Cook stirring until it reaches 300. This can take up to 30 minutes. Line a large jelly roll pan with finely chopped nuts and grated sweet chocolate. When sugar mixture is done, spoon evenly over the chocolate. Let harden and then break into pieces. Store tightly covered.
