1 c. butter
1/3 c. + 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups white sugar
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, cocoa, sugar and evaporated milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and boil for 7 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Carefully pour hot mixture into a blender and blend for 2 to 4 minutes. Serve immediately. Store in refrigerator.

The original recipe I had was 1/3 c. of cocoa powder; it was just not chocoley enough so I started added more until it became 1/2 c. more. I am terrible at fractions so the recipe reads 1/3 + 1/2.
