2 lbs potatoes, any kind (redskins are great), unpeeled, raw, cut in halves or quarters (bite size).
1/3 cup olive or veg oil
i envelope Lipton onion recipe

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a bowl or a plastic bag.

Stir bowl or shake bag until potatoes are evenly coated.

Place potatoes in a shallow baking or roasting pan, and bake uncovered at 450F for 40 minutes or until they are tender and brown.
