8 cups zucchini
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
dash salt
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp oleo
q tbsp lemon juice
dash nutmeg
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and seed zucchini and slice like an apple. Cook zucchini 10 min. Drain. Add all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Dot with oleo. Bake at 375F for 45 min. Use 8 cups squash for a 9 in pie (it cooks down).
