1 pkg velvetta shells and cheese 1- 4oz. can chopped green chilies 1 lb. ground beef 1 pkg taco seasoning 3/4 c. water 1c. chopped tomatoes 1/2c. sour cream
Prepare shells and cheese as directed on package. Add chilies and mix lightly. Brown meat an drain. Stir in taco seasoning and mix in water. Bring to boil. Simmer 15 min. Spoon Shells and Cheese in 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Top with meat mixture. Bake at 350º for 20 to 30 min. Top with chopped tomatoes and sour cream
