12 small new red potatoes
1 (4 oz.) package dry ranch dressing mix
2 cups crushed cornflakes
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling water until fork tender, about 20-25 minutes. Drain the potatoes, let cool slightly, then peel. Mix the dressing mix and the crushed cornflakes in a bowl. Dip the potatoes in melted butter, then roll them in the cornflakes mixture. Place the potatoes in a greased baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 400, or until golden brown.
