1 cup softened butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla (or a "glug, glug")
2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until creamed mixture. Combine dry ingredients in another bowl. Add dry ingredients slowly to butter mixture. Mix in chocolate chips. Bake on cookie sheets for about 8-10 minutes. Let cookies sit on cookie sheet for about 2 minutes after removing from the oven. Cool on racks. Makes 5-6 dozen cookies.
