1/3 cup flour
1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1 16oz. can diced tomatoes
1 10oz. can tomato soup
1 lb. round steak, cut in 3/4 in. strips
1 large bell pepper, cut up
2 16 oz. cans French style green beans, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in crock pot. Stir in steak strips to coat with flout. Add all other ingredients, pouring in tomato soup last. If you will be home, put heat on high for 2 minutes then switch to low. Cook until steak is tender, stirring occasionally. If you are going to work, put all ingredients in and heat on low. May be served over rice.
