3 c. cooked, peeled shrimp
2 to 3 packages Alfredo sauce mix
1/2 to 1 c. diced green and red bell peppers
8 to 16 oz. grated cheese
flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Alfredo sauce. Fill each tortilla with shrimp, sauce, cheese, and a few peppers. Roll and place in sprayed 9x13 baking dish. Pour remaining sauce on top, add cheese, and sprinkle with peppers. Bake 425 for 30-45 minutes.
