3/4 lb. Jack Cheese, grated
3/4 lb. Cheddar Cheese, grated
3 Eggs
3 tbsp. Flour
2 small cans Diced Green Chiles
1 c. Canned [Evaporated] Milk
1 can El Pato Hot Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9 X 9 Casserole dish with Pam. Mix Cheese together. Make layers of Chiles then Cheese, continue layers to top of dish. Beat Eggs and Flour together with Can Milk. Pour over layers of Chiles and Cheese. Bake 350 for 30 Minutes. Then top with El Pato Sauce and cook another 30 minutes
