1 can (6oz) tuna, drained, flaked
1 c (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 Tbsp milk
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp onion salt
1/8 tsp pepper
10 slices whole wheat bread toasted
2 1/2 c finely shredded lettuce

In a small bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients. On five slices of bread, layer 1/2 c lettuce & about 1/4 c tuna mixture; top with remaining bread.
