20 oz package frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed
10 3/4 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup diced celery
1 1/3 cups quick-cooking rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained
8 oz jar pasteurized process cheese spread

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon into baking dish. Bake for about 1 hour.

Casserole can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated. Bake about 1 1/4 hours.
